That technical background helps us identify the information required, communicate clearly with design teams and provide practical advice throughout the assessment process. Assessments are undertaken using IES VE and Elmhurst assessment software, as appropriate to the project.

Send your project details
Tell us about the building, assessment required and drawings or records available.
STEP 02
Quotation and information proforma
We confirm the scope, fee and anticipated turnaround, then issue a project-specific proforma identifying the drawings, building fabric, services details and evidence required.
STEP 03
Desktop assessment and delivery
Once sufficient evidence is received, we complete the desktop assessment using IES VE or Elmhurst software as appropriate, and issue the agreed outputs. Any evidence gaps are flagged for resolution.

- Number of dwellings or buildings, where applicable
- Approximate floor area or size of each building
- Assessment required (SAP, new-build EPC, SBEM or commercial EPC)
- Building location and any relevant project timescales
- Available drawings, including plans, elevations and sections where possible
